The first residential address to be named within Marsa Al Saadiyat — presented ahead of launch, with the homes themselves still to be revealed.

Talay sits inside Marsa Al Saadiyat, the 6.4 million sqm waterfront masterplan Aldar unveiled on Saadiyat Island in July 2026. It is not a separate development: it is the first address within that district to be given a name, and the first step from masterplan towards actual homes.

What has been presented so far is deliberately limited: the name, a teaser film and a clear focus on family life close to the beach, the marina, the promenade and the district’s planned schools. Residence types, sizes, prices, payment terms and a launch date have not been released. We add them here once they are published.
