Projects in primary sale include The Row Saadiyat, Baccarat Residences Saadiyat, Mandarin Oriental Residences and Four Seasons Private Residences at Saadiyat Beach. Marsa Al Saadiyat starts sales in H2 2026 per the official announcement. Current inventory must be confirmed per project before any reservation.
Where can I still buy off-plan on Saadiyat?
Off-plan availability is concentrated in the Cultural District and beachfront locations. At Mamsha Gardens, Nouran Living and The Arthouse the original primary release is wholly or largely sold, so resale and assignment are the realistic routes.
Which branded residences exist on Saadiyat Island?
Baccarat Residences Saadiyat, Mandarin Oriental Residences, Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi and Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach. Marsa Al Saadiyat’s masterplan includes further branded residences; brands are named only after official confirmation.
Why do so many cards say “price on request”?
Because a price is shown only when it is current and officially evidenced. Presenting an old launch price as today’s price would be misleading — particularly for projects whose primary inventory sold long ago.
Which completed projects are there on Saadiyat?
Park View and Soho Square are completed and useful for buyers comparing ready homes against off-plan supply. Specific units are published only as verified resale or rental listings.
