Are there apartments for sale on Saadiyat Island right now?
Yes — both in the primary market of individual projects and in resale. On this page, though, a unit is published only once price, size, status, current imagery, a verification date and the required compliance fields exist. Until then you get a current shortlist on request.
How do I get a current shortlist?
Through the form on this page: budget, property type, bedrooms and off-plan or ready. What comes back is limited to options confirmed at the time of the reply, with a note on what still needs checking.
Can I buy a ready property on Saadiyat?
Yes. Park View and Soho Square are completed, and resale units come out of older projects. Ready homes are priced unit by unit, though: a project average is no substitute for an individual assessment.
What is the difference between off-plan, assignment and resale?
Off-plan is buying from the developer before completion. Assignment is taking over an existing off-plan contract from another buyer before handover, usually with developer consent and a fee. Resale is buying a handed-over property from its owner.
What rental yield is realistic on Saadiyat?
This site publishes no guaranteed or blanket yield figures. A realistic net yield depends on purchase price, service charges, chiller costs, management, vacancy and the specific unit, and can only be calculated once those numbers exist for that property.
